As a Lutron Preferred Pro, we can supply Lutron lighting controls and set up and program them. Lutron's plug-in dimmers and Pico wireless remotes need no wiring; wall switches that replace your existing ones are installed by a licensed electrician. Can you help me choose which smart home devices to buy?
Yes. We recommend what fits your home, your budget and the devices you already have. A quick recommendation is covered by the free monthly question.
Why do my cameras keep going offline?
Usually it's a weak Wi-Fi signal where the camera is mounted, a changed Wi-Fi password, or a device that only works on the 2.4 GHz band. We check the signal at each device and fix the cause.
Can you work with devices I already bought?
Yes. We set up and fix devices from all the major brands, wherever you bought them. If you'd rather not shop for them yourself, we can get them for you.
Are smart cameras safe to have in my home?
They're much safer with three basics: a strong, unique password, two-step verification on the account, and up-to-date software. We set up all three.
