Questions
Why do my cameras keep going offline?
Usually it's a weak Wi-Fi signal where the camera is mounted, a changed Wi-Fi password, or a device that only works on the 2.4 GHz band. We check the signal at each device and fix the cause.
Do you sell cameras or smart devices?
No. We don't sell hardware. We recommend devices that fit your home and budget, you buy them, and we set them up.
Are smart cameras safe to have in my home?
They're much safer with three basics: a strong, unique password, two-step verification on the account, and up-to-date software. We set up all three.
