Start a remote session
Call or text 513-223-3136 first so we're ready for you. Then follow the steps for your computer. It takes about a minute on a Windows PC.
- Download the support app.Download for Windows
- Open it. It's in your browser's downloads list. It runs straight away, with nothing to install.
- Read us your ID and one-time password. They're on the left side of the app's window.
- When we're done, close the window. That ends our access. You can delete the download afterward.
- You start it. We can't connect until you open the app and give us your ID and password.
- You see everything we do on your screen.
- You can end it any time by closing the app.
