We're not tied to one brand. We set up, fix and help you choose devices that work together, including the ones you already own.
As a Lutron Preferred Pro, we can supply Lutron lighting controls and set up and program them. Wall switches that replace your existing ones are installed by a licensed electrician.

TVs mounted, sound set up, and streaming signed in, so one remote does the everyday work.
TV mounting: you supply the mount. We mount into studs or with suitable anchors, after confirming the wall type. In-wall cable hiding is quoted separately.

Prices for home
Flat prices, approved before any work starts. Other jobs in your home are the On-site Visit rate ($99 for the first hour at home ($139 for a business), then $49 per 30 minutes with your OK), or quoted.

Home questions
Do you come to my house?
Yes, anywhere in our service area, with no travel fee. An On-site Visit is $99 for the first hour. Many problems can be fixed remotely instead, as a Remote Fix: $69 per problem, or $59 for anyone 65 or older.
Do I need to buy equipment first?
No. Tell us what you want to do and we'll recommend what fits your home and budget, including what you already own. You can buy it yourself, or we can supply it. Parts and equipment are quoted up front and approved by you before anything is ordered. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Can you help my parents remotely?
Yes. With their OK, they start a remote session on their computer and can watch everything we do. A Remote Fix is $59 for anyone 65 or older. You're welcome to get in touch for them and stay in the loop.
Is remote access safe?
You start the connection with a secure remote-support app, you see everything we do on your screen, and you can disconnect at any time. Access ends when the session does. We never need your passwords: you type them yourself.
Do you sell the TV or mount?
We're not tied to one brand. You can buy the TV and mount yourself, or we can get them for you. Parts and equipment are quoted up front and approved by you before anything is ordered. The price we quote is the price you pay. The TV mounting price assumes you supply the mount.
What if it can't be fixed?
If we can't fix it remotely, a Remote Fix costs nothing. On site, if we can't fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong, you don't pay. If we find the cause, you pay for the diagnosis and get a written summary of what to do next.
What can we help with at home?
A sentence is enough. We reply the same business day with a flat price, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
