Office Care

For offices that want someone to call every month without buying a fix each time. It's entirely optional. Every one-time fix on this site stays one time.

What it includes

• Unlimited quick how-to questions from your team by text or email
• Priority replies, within 4 business hours
• Up to 2 or 4 hours of remote support each month, depending on your plan. Unused hours don't roll over, and extra time is billed at the standard rate of $49 per 30 minutes, with your OK first.
• A monthly check that updates and backups are running on covered computers, with a short note if anything needs attention
• On-site visits at the standard On-site Visit price, with priority scheduling

Price

• Up to 5 people: $149/month, including up to 2 hours of remote support
• Up to 10 people: $249/month, including up to 4 hours of remote support

How billing works

• You only join by choosing Office Care here. It is never added to a one-time fix.
• You see the monthly price and your renewal date before you pay.
• No contract. Cancel any time before your next renewal and you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
• How to cancel: Email us "cancel Office Care" and we'll confirm within one business day.
