Questions

Can you help if I'm locked out of my account?

Yes. We'll walk through the provider's official recovery steps with you and then secure the account. We can't get around a provider's security, and we never need your password: you type it yourself.

Should my office use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Both work well. If your team lives in Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft 365 is usually the easier fit. If you already use Gmail and Google Docs, Google Workspace is. We'll set up whichever you choose.

Will we lose email when we switch providers?

No. A planned move copies your existing mail, contacts and calendars, and we agree the timing of the switch with you before anything changes.

Do you set up two-step verification?

Yes, and we recommend it on every email account. It's one of the most effective ways to stop someone from using a stolen password.
