Slow, frozen or crashing computer? We troubleshoot and fix computers and laptops for homes and small businesses in greater Cincinnati, remotely when we can and on site when we need to. Most problems fit a Quick Fix ($49, up to 30 minutes) or a Remote Session ($99, up to 90 minutes). An On-site Visit is $119 for the first hour.

Questions
Do you repair hardware?
We diagnose it. We don't sell parts, so if a part has failed, you get a written summary of what failed and what to buy, or how to claim your warranty. Your diagnosis fee counts toward installing the replacement when you book within 14 days.
What if you can't fix it?
If we can't fix it or tell you exactly what's wrong, you don't pay. If we find the cause, you pay for the diagnosis and get a written summary of what to do next.
Should I repair my old computer or replace it?
We'll tell you honestly. If a repair would cost more than the computer is worth, we say so before any work starts, and we can help you choose and set up a replacement.
Do you need to take my computer away?
Usually not. Most fixes happen remotely while you watch, or at your home or office during an On-site Visit.
