What's included
- The work itself, up to the service's time limit. The price you approve is the whole price.
- A short note on what was wrong and what was done.
- If the same problem comes back within 14 days because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
- On-site visits within about 20 miles of Cincinnati, with no travel fee.
What costs extra
- More time: $49 per 30 minutes beyond a service's limit, and only if you say yes when we stop and explain what we've found.
- Travel: on-site visits more than about 20 miles from Cincinnati add a $35 travel fee, which you'll know before booking.
