How much does computer help cost in Cincinnati?
A Remote Fix is $69 per problem, with no clock, and if we can't fix it you don't pay. An On-site Visit is $99 for the first hour at home, or $139 for a business. Every price is approved before work starts.

Extra time after an On-site Visit's first hour is $49 per 30 minutes, only with your OK. Office Setup (new computers, office Wi-Fi, moving email) is quoted up front for free.

- TV mounting, doorbells and smart home: flat prices for common home jobs. Bigger projects, like home theater or Lutron lighting, are quoted.
What's included
- The work itself: one problem for a Remote Fix, however long it takes, the first hour of an On-site Visit, or the work in your quote. The price you approve is the whole price.
- A short note on what was wrong and what was done.
- If the same problem comes back within 14 days because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
- Travel. On-site visits anywhere in our service area have no travel fee.
What costs extra
- Parts and equipment: Parts and equipment are quoted up front and approved by you before anything is ordered. The price we quote is the price you pay. You can buy them yourself, or we can supply them at the quoted price.
What we don't charge for
- One free question per household or business each month, answered in writing.
- Quotes. You always get the price first.
- Subscriptions. Every fix is one time. Office Care is optional and month to month.
