Questions
Do I need a monthly contract?
No. Every fix is a one-time price. Office Care is optional, month to month, and starts at $149/month for up to 5 people.
Can you work with the software and vendors we already use?
Yes. We work with what you have, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your printers and computers. If the problem is inside another company's software, we'll help you work through it with their support.
Do you support medical and dental offices?
Yes, for everyday IT. If your office handles patient health information, tell us before we start. We'll agree in writing how that data is handled, and we don't act as a HIPAA business associate unless we've signed a Business Associate Agreement with you.
How fast do you respond?
We reply the same business day. Office Care members get priority replies within 4 business hours.
